Sweet Miss M returned to capture her 18 month milestone.

Thank goodness the misty fog lifted but just enough for us to use it's wonderful softbox effect because she was having none of my studio tricks this time. This is one of the most challenging ages for indoor photography as they are always on the move! Glad mommy and daddy went for my outdoor backdrop ideas. With so many great ones to share, and way more for their gallery later on, I thought these were some of the highlights. Thanks again, Katie, for sharing your sweet baby girl with me again.

{Email Problem}

I'm experiencing email problems. For some reason, I am not receiving email and it's been difficult emailing out. My apologies for those who have emailed me and I have not responded. Working on this problem and hope to have it resolved soon.

{One Beautiful Mama!}

This new "Mommy to Be" is simply gorgeous! She is expecting a sweet baby boy this September who just happens to be due on my son's birthday. A Virgo...hmm...watch out! They know how to attain what they desire making them quite persistent. Not only are they bright and resourceful but they are kind and sensitive to the world and people around them and often wear their feelings on their sleeves. We love the Virgo in our family and he is every bit what I just described and then some. He is a challenging soul but such a charmer when he wants to be.

So excited for you, M! Your Virgo will mean everything to you regardless of his Zodiac sign.

{Meet Mr.C and Company}

I've said it before and I'll say it a million times more...

I LOVE MY JOB!!!

This sweet family needs no introduction. They are a regular features here on my blog. It's no secret either that I adore them and nothing could make me happier than to announce the birth of sweet grinning Mr. C! Such a special baby in so many ways. What a true blessing to this beautiful family. I just loved him to pieces!

{Black and White Session}

I photographed a super fun bw session yesterday and

I couldn't have asked for cuter kiddos. In our brief time together, we chatted about a number of things...from their love of sugary cereal, which can only happen on ocean cruises I'm told, to seeing christmas trees and ocean animals in my lens. When I complimented Miss L about her beautiful long locks, she replied in the most grownup of 7 year old ways, that she was growing her hair for Locks of Love. "For children who are sick and don't have hair," she said. What a complete sweetheart! I totally fell in love with her. Thanks for popping in yesterday guys!

{Staycation}

So sorry for the lack of blog posts. I have been on a serious staycation with my family. Needless to say, I have let my camera take a rest as I just enjoy life around me. Don't worry, I do intend to pick it up in the next few weeks. Lot's of sessions in the future...some darling newborns, cute kiddos from my black and white sessions and beautiful families, all booked for this month. I'm really looking forward to getting my creative juices flowing again and trying out some new ideas.

Of course, I have to leave you with some images. Our little Miss Fergie turned 6 months with out a single picture! Can you say "bad mommy"? Anyways, here is a collage I made on a site called picnik. Recommended from one of the many websites I follow. Isn't it fun? These are some of my favorite pictures of her. My newest nickname for her is CRAZY GIRL. We are working on greeting people in a more civilized manner. One that refrains from jumping on people and licking them in the face! But seriously, how can you NOT resist her sweet face?
